2. Type your username and password. (This was sent to you in an email from GlobalEnglish with the subject line "Welcome to One")

I forgot my user name or password

1. On the GlobalEnglish One Login page, click Forgot your password?

2. On the Password Request page, type your email address (email used to register into GlobalEnglish One) in the text box and click Submit. We'll send you an email containing the link that will allow you to reset your password.

I received an error message: "Your login is no longer active"

Your account has expired. To reactivate your GlobalEnglish One account, please contact your company's GlobalEnglish Account administrator, Training Manager, or HR Manager.
